Germine graduated as a Dental Assistant and then as a Dental Hygienist from Durham College in Oshawa. She has been working as a dental Hygienist for the last 19 years, including 10 years in Pediatric offices. Her desire to support patients beyond traditional dental care led her to pursue advanced training in Myofunctional Therapy and Buteyko Breathing. Today, she helps children and adults uncover the root causes of breathing, sleep, and oral health challenges through a whole-body approach to wellness.
